1. About GetReport
GetReport is a digital platform that enables patients to access diagnostic reports made available by participating diagnostic centres.
GetReport provides the technology and platform through which participating diagnostic centres can upload and provide access to reports.
2. Use of the Platform
By using GetReport, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Patients must use the mobile number and PIN provided by the relevant diagnostic centre to access a report.
3. Patient Access
Access to a report may require the mobile number registered with the participating diagnostic centre and a PIN or other access information provided by that centre.
You are responsible for keeping your access information confidential and must not share it with unauthorised persons.
4. Diagnostic Centre Responsibility
Participating diagnostic centres are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authenticity and lawful uploading of the reports and information they provide through the platform.
GetReport does not independently create or medically interpret diagnostic reports uploaded by participating centres.
5. Medical Information
GetReport is a digital report-access platform and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendations or emergency medical services.
Patients should contact the relevant diagnostic centre or a qualified healthcare professional regarding the interpretation or medical significance of their report.
6. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but information or services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems or circumstances outside our control.
7. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to access another person’s report without authorisation.
- Use another person’s mobile number or PIN without permission.
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with platform security.
- Upload malicious files or harmful software.
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Copy, modify or misuse the platform or its content without permission.
8. Report Availability
Reports are available only when they have been uploaded and made accessible by the relevant participating diagnostic centre.
GetReport does not guarantee that every diagnostic report will always be available for download.
9. Third-Party Diagnostic Centres
Diagnostic centres listed or participating on GetReport are independent entities. Their services, testing, reports, pricing and medical activities are their responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
The GetReport name, website design, branding, software, text and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Changes to the Platform
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform when necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical improvements or operational reasons.
